Shinobu

She raises creatures called FireFlowers. They are basically creatures that only decide to communicate with those who have outstanding connections with their emotions. Since she raises them, it makes sense that she is exceptionally outstanding because they can leave at any time and have the ability to make the physical world bend to their whim. 

In the picture Shinobu is holding a lantern filled with FireFlowers. They enjoy small spaces so they like to go in and out of these lanterns as they travel around, so as they travel they light up the town going in and out of many lanterns by the roads. If you go to Shinobu's house it can sometimes be hard to see because of all the FireFlowers floating around. You get used to the light I suppose, or maybe they dim themselves for the sake of preventing her a headache every now and then.
